Social Justice Networking in the Parish
Last weekend we were all encouraged to reflect and think about the different ways we serve our neighbour, washing the feet of those who cry for help. Many people are already involved in various projects doing some wonderful work. This weekend we will take the opportunity to begin a process of networking what is already being done and the information gathered will help to give more people a chance to become involved and for us all to give thanksgiving for the work being done. It is intended that in the New Year the results of the consultation will be fed back to the parish with further develops taking place right into Eastertide of 2008. May we all pray and be open to the promptings of the Holy Spirit as we engage on this important development in the parish.
