Dear Readers and Eucharistic Ministers,

In the next few weeks, I will be working on the new rota for Readers and Eucharistic Ministers which starts at the beginning of October. I am away for a couple of weeks in September, so I need to get the Rotas done before I go.

So, if anyone needs to change any aspect of their ministry of reading or distributing Holy Communion, now is the time to let me know. Sometimes family or work or personal commitments mean that you need to have a change.

a.. Are you happy to continue with the same commitment as you have been giving up to now?

b.. Would you like to change the Mass time or the day when you read or minister? (Which Masses or days would you be available for?)

c.. Would you be able to read or minister more often? (This would be a big help)

d.. Would you like to read or minister less often? (It is OK if this is the case)

e. Would you like to come off the rota altogether? (you can always return in the future if you would like to)

If you would like to make a change to your ministry, could you let me know by Saturday 1st September? If I don't hear from you, I will assume that you are happy to continue as you are at the moment.
